On May 2, 2012, around 2:15 PM, one of the refrigerant pumps for the Helium in-row cooling system failed. A service person came out and found the problem and will be coming back on May 3, 2012 to fix it. Steps were taken to provide more cooling around Helium. This was mostly successful but one of the racks wound up being in a hot spot. The queues on the nodes of this rack were disabled but existing jobs were allowed to drain off. This will prevent that rack from generating as much heat. If you are trying to run jobs in an investor queue, you may notice that you have less slots available. These will be restored once the cooling pump is fixed and the queues on those nodes can be reenabled.
