Helium and Neon Login Failures

April 14, 2015 - 6:50 AM - Apr 13, 2015 - This was a problem with the Duo service and according to Duo Security has been resolved as of ~4 PM.



Timeouts when performing authentication


Resolved - Due to performance issues with several of our load balancers today, some users encountered intermittent network timeouts resulting in authentication errors. The root issue has been identified and resolved and further information will be made available following a thorough investigation.

Monitoring - Duo's Operations Team has identified the issue and put a fix in place. User authentication should be functioning as normal. We will continue monitoring the issue while Ops investigates the root cause.

April 13, 2015 - 11:45 AM - This appears to be an issue with the Duo service and it may be that service is not fully restored yet.

April 13, 2015 - 11:15AM - Logins to the HPC clusters are once again working.

April 13, 2015 - 10:45AM - There are currently issues with logging into the Helium and Neon HPC clusters. We are investigating these issues and will update this page once we have more information. There is not a planned maintenance underway.
