Applications are currently being accepted for the 2020 John von Neumann Fellowship in Computational Science. This is one of Sandia National Laboratory's most prestigious postdoctoral fellowships with funding from the Applied Mathematics Research Program in the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Advanced Scientific Computing Research and Sandia's Lab Directed Research and Development Program.
You have, or are pursuing, a Ph.D. in applied/computational mathematics or a related area, such as computer science, engineering, or statistics, conferred within the past three years, or anticipated completion of Ph.D. requirements by commencement of appointment
Your background includes the appropriate research experience, as evidenced by strong record of research publications and presentations
You can obtain a DOE clearance which requires US Citizenship
