Helium Compute Capacity Reduced To Allow Flood Modeling

Capacity on the Helium cluster is decreased at this time to allow increased flood modeling calculations to occur.

This affects all of the following:

1. All UI owned nodes from the all.q queue.

2. All new job scheduling in the UI queue has been halted and resources are being diverted to flood efforts. New jobs will be allowed to run once enough processors are available to support the flood modeling.

3. The IIHR queue is disabled and has been transfered to support flood modeling efforts.

4. The sandbox queue is not currently available.

We anticipate these temporary allocations will be in place for approximately 2-3 weeks but it will depend on how flooding in the area develops.
